1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

  • Submit only one request for the offer per person, per promotion

  • Are currently employed by the company receiving the offer

  • Work for an organization with a minimum of 50 employees

  • Are a decision-maker or strong influencer for IT purchases at their company

  • Are a current resident of the United States

  • Are not an employee or reseller of an IT technology product, solution, or service

  • Agree to a brief phone call with an Alchemy representative to verify eligibility and fulfill the gift card

2. How to Participate
Participants may qualify for incentives by completing the following steps:Survey Completion
Participants who fully complete the online survey hosted at myalchemytechnology.com will receive a $50 Amazon eGift Card, after a brief phone call from an Alchemy representative to verify your information. Gift card will be delivered via email same day of verification.Note: Gift card amounts are in U.S. Dollars. Calls must be attended in full to qualify.

3. LimitationsThis offer is by invitation only (direct message via email or LinkedIn), to take this survey.Participants are limited to one survey submission per individual or organization per month.
